Not Responsive

When Westley picked up his new pet {Brownie} from the pet adoption center, they said it had been neutered, was current on shots and ready for a new home.  They had seemed a bit vague on exact breed of dog he might be.  Attempts at training had proved problematic; Brownie would not respond to simple commands like “Come,”  “Sit,” or “Stay”,  and he was having a real problem with house training.  Then there was the matter of the missing cat . . .

Surprise!

The adoption/rescue shelter had claimed Joel’s newly adopted pet was a variant of the long-tailed, short-legged Cock-a-Poo, but after a trip to the groomers, Joel was having doubts.
