Not Green Enough

McKenzie was troubled and disappointed; Green Peace wouldn’t hire her, nor would PETA. They said she wasn’t green enough.  Her manager was trying to get her involved in a comeback gig for Miley Cyrus and Al Gore with his band the AlGoreRhythms, perhaps involving some wardrobe malfunction.   It was undecided whether the malfunction should be Al’s or Miley’s . . . . .  David, Sf.G.

Focus Groups

Jin Yen Wu just couldn’t believe it; the participants in the American focus groups didn’t embrace his concept of urban transportation for the new century in spite of their recently re-elected president supposedly fighting for lowered fuel consumption and Al Gore jumping on the band wagon with him.  The problem seemed to revolve around difficulty in cornering with a full load of soccer girls and one or two soccer moms.  There was also a question about cup holders . . . . .  David, Sf.G.

Opt Out?

Being Wood Storks, not the other big white  kind, Huey, Harvey, and Harold surprised their friends when they told them that their regular job, delivering babies (even though they were not OB/GYN certified), had been just as busy as ever in spite of the recession.  Their best guess was that the unemployed had more time for creation of babies (not having to get up early and go to a job).  The boys were worried that the new affordable health care mandate would keep fees so low that delivering babies would no longer be profitable. They also worried that with the White House deciding that coal was not green, there would be fewer and fewer chimneys to facilitate delivery.  Maybe the used car business specializing in used Priuses. .. . . .  David, Sf.G.
