As the top ten candidates for the Republican nomination lined up on the stage, they all looked pretty much alike (Indeed, they all claimed to be conservative). The only one missing was the Donald, who, it was reported, looked like a large, all-consuming spider and was bringing his web . . .

A Little Protein
Jack (pictured) had been a vegetarian all his life; in fact, his entire family were vegan. But with the advent of streaming television on his iPhone and the ongoing Burger King and Pizza Hut ads, Jack was beginning to have an unending craving for a little animal protein. The Chili’s ad for Baby Back Ribs put him over the top–he was going to go for the all you can eat option. . .
No More Buffets
Dolores was cross with herself; how had she gotten talked into going to a buffet again? The food was mediocre, lukewarm, too sweet or too salty, and who knew what had accidentally (or on purpose) been dropped in by the guy ahead of you . . .?
