Skulking Away

Gary (pictured) hated conflict and would just try to fade into the background rather than argue.  When his girlfriend started in on him about being out late with the boys again, he just tried the old “exit stage left” routine, but he could hear her shouting in the distance, “There you go again, skulking away , unwilling to have a simple conversation!”

A Little Dignity

Robert  had graduated from the University of Phoenix (On Line) with a degree in  pest control and a master’s in rodent eradication.  He hadn’t minded being called “Bob” (not your uncle) while in school, but thought that now that he was successful in the rodent control business, he should be a accorded a little more dignity and be called Robert . . . .  David, Sf.G.
