Lost

As Kevin found out, the weather can play tricks on you–He had just gone to the nearby Subway for a sandwich when he got caught in the fog. Not planning to be out long, he hadn’t put on his Rolex, so accurate timing was difficult, but it seemed like a long time before he was able to see ground again, and here he was, not in coastal Texas, but coastal Lake Michigan in Wisconsin. He noted that these Cheese Heads talked funny, not like normal folks back in Texas . . .

Up in Smoke

In an effort to try to jump-start the Euro-Zone economy, various Euro-Zone countries sent trade delegations to the US, especially Texas because of the robust Texas economy.  When the Dutch trade group showed  Greg Abbott, the new Texas Governor, some of  the proposed  trade items, the meeting went up in smoke . . .

Maintaining The Right Image

In his weekly speech to the public, the president talked about hard choices for the good of the country.  For instance, with rising costs and political tension, it was necessary for the office of the president to maintain a a strong, prosperous image by flying everywhere in Air Force One.  To make that happen, he suggested that everyone junk their high performance gas guzzlers and buy the Dutch “Little Red Wagons” shown above.  Ted Cruz and the Texans didn’t seem to see it quite the same way . . .
