Open Carry Fish

With the high popularity in Texas for an open carry law for handguns, E-Man thought it was time that they should also approve an open carry law for fish. Carrying them concealed was just so messy and stinky, especially in summer, so to drive home his point, he begins all interviews and photo-ops by kissing a fish.

Up in Smoke

In an effort to try to jump-start the Euro-Zone economy, various Euro-Zone countries sent trade delegations to the US, especially Texas because of the robust Texas economy.  When the Dutch trade group showed  Greg Abbott, the new Texas Governor, some of  the proposed  trade items, the meeting went up in smoke . . .

Kale Bill

The Vegans and PETA got together to try to find a way to raise money for their causes and decided on a film.  Rather than the boring Gore/Moore documentary style, they thought they could draw a larger audience with a comedy/thriller, and thus Kale Bill was born . . .

The reports were confusing; some said if you approached from the south, you heard  “Welcome to the Hotel California,” but if you approached from the north, you heard “Stairway To Heaven.”  If you approached straight on, you heard “Hail To The Chief” and the faces changed to look like the President . . .

Black Thursday

Upon reflection, Linda Lou (in the brown car) decided she may have been a little overaggressive trying to be first in line for the heavily-discounted Wal-Mart flat screen TV. Turns out they did have more than one at the good price . . . Now, how would she get it home?

Some Assembly Required

After watching Nat Geo and other nature programs, Graham decided that he could help prevent global warming by building a windmill to provide the power for his home.  When the equipment arrived, he recalled that the magazine said “Some assembly required . . .”
