The “For Sale by Owner” advertisement on the Internet had referred to the building as “Quaint”, “Lots of country charm,” “One of a kind” and the statement, “Need for some minor repairs forces seller to accept a lower price.” The ad also said “pictures on request.” It soon became clear why pictures weren’t included in the original Craig’s List ad. . . . .
