Hong Kong Regatta

Fong Wa sent in his application for the Hong Kong Regatta & Boat Show early, along with the proper fee for entries in the “live-aboard” section, but when he tried to moor, he was told to leave. He wondered if perhaps he should have hired the feng shui guy his brother had recommended.
