Chuy (pictured) noticed that most of the low riders, a lot of the motorcycle guys, and hot rodders all had added little strips of neon or LED lights to their vehicles; it was way cool at night. They seemed to like one-color themes, blue, green, etc. Using several colors & Super Glue, he created a multi-colored theme he thought looked pretty good.
Looking to create a job for himself, Jacques showed the Paris city planners that if they changed all of the incandescent bulbs on the Eiffel Tower to LED’s, they could save enough on power to run all of Belgium and half of Algeria for ten years. The big problem was going to be that with the French 36 hour work week and frequent strikes, it would be well into the next century before they were done.
