Conrad thought he’d fence his yard to keep out stray dogs, noisy neighbor kids, and just to have a little privacy. After checking Home Depot and Lowes, his brother suggested he check the Internet, and not surprisingly, a number of Chinese merchants offered fencing for substantially less money.
