Feather Allergy

Luis (pictured, on left) was trying to explain to Sasha, his new love interest (pictured, right), that he had not been drinking; the red around his eyes was a strange allergy to some kinds of feathers. Dr Oz, Dr. Phil, even Dr. Seuss hadn’t been able to help. Maybe a beer might actually help.

Victoria’s Secret

The girls were feeling a little rushed; while watching Dr. Oz and drinking coffee with the girls, Janine (third from right)  had gotten a tweet that Victoria’s Secret was having a one hour only 1/2 price off sale on, well, ladies unmentionables, and the mall was a half hour away. . . . .  David, Sf.G.

Home Alone

Eugene’s mom was a good provider, out getting rodents and reptiles all day to feed the family.  This left Eugene with a lot of time on his hands to watch daytime TV–Dr. Oz, Ellen, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, Days of Our Lives–and while he knew it wasn’t real life, the commercials made Honey Nut Cheerios and Progresso soups seem pretty good; how could he get Mom to try some of that for a change? . . . . .  David, Sf.G.

Dark Rings

Lucinda had tried everything to get rid of the black rings under her eyes, over the counter cremes, products from an Internet search, some prescription thing her dermatologist suggested that cost a bundle, even recommendations from Dr. Oz; nothing seemed to work.  Her mother, who had the same problem, thought it might be genetic. . . . .
