Foreign Aid

Belize’s Parliament, after hearing that the cold snap in the midwestern US reached all the way to Texas, decided to send some foreign aid. They figured 50 lbs of Habanero Peppers should take care of Texas and part of Oklahoma. Maybe Honduras and Guatemala could chip in to help Minnesota and Wisconsin.
